TWENTY YEAR CONVERTIBLE TERM LIFE INSURANCE

Term life insurance provides affordable, temporary coverage to cover you for a specific period, such as 10, 20 or 30 years, and your beneficiary gets a payout if you die within that time frame. Ideally, by the time the coverage expires, you don’t need life insurance anymore. Your kids have grown up, your debts have been repaid, and you have plenty of savings.  Most term life insurance is convertible. That means ., such as universal or whole life insurance. And you can convert it without taking another medical exam or answering health questions, as long as you do so within a certain time frame or by a certain age, such as 75.

PREMIUM CALCULATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the link below to get a rate table in pdf format, find your age in the columns marked “Issue Age”
2. Move across that row until you reach your sex and nicotine use designation: (i.e., Male Nonsmoker, Male Smoker, Female Nonsmoker, Female Smoker)
3. Multiply the resulting dollar value per $1,000.00 by the number of thousands of face value coverage that you desire
4. Add $50 to the resulting amount
5. This is your annual premium

PREMIUM MODE CALCULATION OTHER THAN ANNUAL:

1. Monthly Premium Payments – multiply the annual premium calculated above by .09.
2. Quarterly Premium Payments – multiply the annual premium calculated above by .265.
3. Semi-Annual Premium Payments – multiply the annual premium calculated above by .52

TO SUBMIT A PRELIMINARY APPLICATION:

1. Open the following link, Life Application
2. Fill it out by printing or typing (do not hesitate to leave portions blank; they can be explained to you during the formal application process).a
   1. On the right side of the first page, write the type of insurance you would like and the face value – i.e. Amount of Insurance.
   2. Answer No to the Riders and simply add the premium amount you calculated and the associated mode (frequency – monthly, annually, etc.) that you have elected.
3. Email or Mail the application to our Philadelphia office.
4. We will contact you to finalize the application.
