Providence Association – Life Insurance & Retirement Savings

The Election Commission, consisting of Fr. D. George Worschak, Anna Makuch and John Yaworsky met at the Home Office of the Providence Association on November 3rd and 4th, 2021, to count the ballots received, for the election of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and members of the Audit Committee to serve the organization, for the four year period from 2022 to 2026. The ballots accepted for the count were post marked by the cutoff date of October 15, 2021 or were hand delivered with a stamp date no later than October 15, 2021.

The Election Commission concludes the following:

  1. 8903 ballots were mailed to the membership.
  2. 701 ballots were returned due to incorrect addresses.
  3. 23 ballots were excluded due to post mark dates after October 15, 2021.
  4. 27 ballots were invalidated due to choices made to elect both candidates for the position of Spiritual Director.
  5. 611 ballots were accepted
  6. 7541 ballots were never returned to the Home Office.

Three correspondences were received by the Election Commission and handled. Two were telephone calls, and one was an email sent to the Executive Committee and forwarded to the Commission.

The Election Commission ascertains the following results for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Audit Committee to serve the Providence Association for the term 2022-2026:
