Report of the Election Commission for TERM 2026-2030

Election Commission Report

The Election Commission consisting of Roman Siletsky, Valentina Borodevyc and Christina Fedorijczuk met at the Home Office of the Providence Association on November 3, 2025 to count the ballots received for the election of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and members of the Audit Committee to serve the organization for the four-year period 2026 to 2030.  The ballots accepted for the count were post marked by the cutoff date of October 15, 2025 or were hand delivered with a stamp date no later than October 15, 2025.   

The Election Commission concludes the following:

1. 8299 ballots were mailed to the membership.
2. 829 ballots were returned due to incorrect addresses.
3. 497 ballots were accepted
4. 6973 ballots were never returned to the Home Office.

 

The Election Commission ascertains the following results for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee to serve the Providence Association for the term 2026-2030:
