Today, fraternal organizations across the country face unprecedented challenges: declining membership, evolving financial markets, generational shifts in engagement, and fierce competition from modern financial institutions.
Maintaining relevance without compromising our mission and values, requires bold leadership, fresh thinking, and a willingness to reimagine what our fraternal organization can be.
We are actively seeking board candidates with expertise in marketing, finance, business development, financial trends and other industries listed below—leaders who see opportunity where others see decline.
